Terms & Conditions
Fees are paid upfront by the term.
The Total Term Fee equals the session fee multiplied by the number of sessions (weeks) in the term.
Where a session falls on a public holiday, the fee for that session will be deducted from the total.
All fully paid members receive approx. 64% discount off our venue party hire rates.

* Share the Care
- Discount for multiple children: 20% off 2nd and subsequent children’s fees when enrolled concurrently.
- Discount for Group Leaders: 20% off total fees.
- Payable per term and reimbursed at the end of each term OR end of enrolment at Playhouse (whichever occurs first), following attendance and/or contribution of family member/s at 1 working bee OR fundraising event held in that same / applicable term.
- Exemption offered to first time parents with child aged under 12 months at 30th April of year of attendance.
Legal and Regulatory Requirements
Playgroup Victoria (PGV) Family Membership is required for insurance purposes for all members enrolling children in Share the Care and / or Stay & Play sessions.
A volunteer Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check are requirements of the Department of Education for all members enrolling children in Share the Care and / or Stay & Play sessions and volunteering / attending as carers.
Children are able to attend sessions only when their parent / carer has fulfilled these requirements or provided evidence of applications having been lodged.
